Current Issues in Linguistics and Literary Studies (APLiL) is an annual international conference, providing a platform for students, both under- and postgraduate, and early career researchers.
This year the conference explores The Conscious Subject. In the world of today, people—those speaking and writing, reading and listening, creating and perceiving—face numerous challenges that question their place in the present and future of texts and contexts. As a response, we believe it is especially important to discuss the individual as an agential conscious participant in the interaction between thought and word. We invite you to join the conversation!
The conference covers a wide variety of research areas including the following:
1. Linguistics —
- Cognitive linguistics
- Communicative linguistics
